The
Mission Statement
“To
assist seniors and disabled persons in the Town and R.M.
of Grandview to live independently and at home longer.”
Goals:

Identify and develop needed support services from
local resources

Meet
the support needs of older and disabled persons in
the community
-
Encourage the use of existing services and implement
new services where needed
-
Maintain a system of records to show the nature and
extent of the service(s) being provided
-
Work
with other community agencies in identifying and
providing services for seniors and disabled persons.
Target Population:
Services are designed for
senior and disabled persons who are at risk of
losing their independence without supports. As of
June 1, 2002 the Town of Grandview has a population
of 885 and the RM of Grandview has a population of
775, for a combined total of 1660.
